Requirements

  • 8+ years work experience, with 2+ years of private equity direct investing experience (required)
  • Advanced financial modeling skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Proven success developing and/or improving processes
  • Ability to collect, organize and analyze complex data at a macro and micro level with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrates high critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently with minor supervision

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Go-To-Market to set pricing for new sales & renewals globally
  • Partner with Go-To-Market and Ops teams to recommend pricing for new products & business lines
  • Propose and lead execution of analytics that help Lyra better understand key profitability levers
  • Work closely with Lyra’s executive team to align on M&A opportunities and framework for build/buy/partner decisions
  • Lead deal execution, including business & financial due diligence, presenting recommendations to Lyra’s executive team and Board
