Summary
Join Lyra Health as a Director of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development to help transform mental health care through technology with a human touch. This role will involve flexing across multiple lanes including pricing strategy, new product development, M&A, and unit economics thought leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years work experience, with 2+ years of private equity direct investing experience (required)
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Proven success developing and/or improving processes
- Ability to collect, organize and analyze complex data at a macro and micro level with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates high critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently with minor supervision
Responsibilities
- Partner with Go-To-Market to set pricing for new sales & renewals globally
- Partner with Go-To-Market and Ops teams to recommend pricing for new products & business lines
- Propose and lead execution of analytics that help Lyra better understand key profitability levers
- Work closely with Lyraβs executive team to align on M&A opportunities and framework for build/buy/partner decisions
- Lead deal execution, including business & financial due diligence, presenting recommendations to Lyraβs executive team and Board
