Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in analytical roles such as Investment Banking, Consulting, Strategic finance in a B2B SaaS organization
- Proven track record of building financial models and ad hoc analysis to distill complex problems into actionable insights, and present your insights to influence decisions
- Demonstrated ability to manipulate large datasets, improving the understanding of the business
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end monthly forecasts by collaborating with the x-functional SFO team
- Responsible for detailed variance analysis and preparation of financial reports to provide actionable insights for senior management
- Contribute to preparation of reporting for Board of Directors meetings
- Work with the x-functional SFO team to provide the senior executive team with timely analysis and insightful guidance on the companyβs performance (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Assist with the annual operating planning and budgeting processes ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives
- Develop scalable templates for departmental inputs to streamline budgeting processes
- Assist with development of quantitative and qualitative analysis, key metrics and trends
- Provide benchmarking analysis
- Support ad-hoc projects with financial analysis and business case development, providing feedback to leadership
- Support corporate-wide initiatives (i.e. cloud spend reporting and optimization)
- Develop processes to streamline monthly forecasting processes
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance, forecast future financial outcomes, and support strategic decision-making
