Requirements

  • Experience managing Wordpress and/or PHP-based sites is required
  • 7+ years' experience in technical SEO including on-page and off-page SEO, sitemaps, JavaScript indexing, linking, redirects, keyword research, etc
  • 5+ years experience Google Analytics and web metrics reporting
  • 3+ years experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Solid background in technical site optimization, SEO, and web metrics reporting
  • Proven experience in executing successful web marketing and organic growth strategies
  • Proficiency in A/B and multivariate testing methodologies
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal and external teams
  • Experience with website migrations, redirect mapping, and linking strategies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the overall web marketing strategy to align with business goals
  • Lead and manage the optimization of the website and content for Product-Led Sales (PLS)
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager on conversion rate improvement strategies for product signups
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user journeys and experiences
  • Partner with designers and developers to conceptualize and implement interactive design elements
  • Contribute to wireframing and page component creation for an engaging user experience
  • Drive landing page creation with Web Marketing Manager for campaigns
  • Execute and enhance organic growth initiatives, focusing on improving search reach for strategic pages
  • Coordinate technical infrastructure audits and implement site improvements based on SEO recommendations
  • Collaborate and lead the Web Marketing Manager on technical SEO and dev work needed to meet OKRs including monitor, maintain, and improve the search infrastructure of the site
  • Measure and analyze content efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Console, etc
  • Establish and maintain accurate web metrics and dashboards to inform marketing decisions
