Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5+ years as a web strategist, 1+ years as a manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive knowledge of related Ad/Marketing platforms & software

Responsibilities

  • Lead web and technical strategy for enterprise clients by: Creating web and technical strategy documentation that defines client needs, UX functionality, and implementation plan for any website or application projects
  • Analyze SEO, email, direct mail, and landing page reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance and adjusting strategy as necessary
  • Provide strategic thinking, leadership and solution development across technologies & programs, including analytics, personalization, ad technology, testing and optimization, and marketing automation tools
  • Work closely with account, PM, and strategy teams to develop data-driven web strategies and campaign plans aligned with business objectives
  • Leverage customer insights and market research to identify new growth opportunities and customer acquisition strategies
  • Provide guidance and support in developing marketing messaging, content, and creative assets that resonate with target audiences
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for senior management
  • Mentor direct reports in their professional growth, and identify and create opportunities for growth and improvement, through ongoing meetings and during the performance assessment period
  • Assist in process documentation and team education for key technologies (Unlock proprietary, Salesforce, Innovaccer, etc.)
  • Research new platforms, solutions or processes that could improve MarTech operations, service portfolio and/or results
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in database management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Educate other team members on best practices, trends, opportunities, and issues within the industry
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align web strategy initiatives with client goals
  • Collaborate with VP of Compliance and Development to ensure compliance, security, and optimization across managed systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare or related industry experience
  • Agency experience
  • Experience building new functions and capabilities within agencies or health tech
