Summary

Join WelbeHealth as the Director, People Department, and spearhead the implementation and sustainability of the "Welbe Way" program. This crucial initiative focuses on fostering high-performing teams and establishing service standards to support the expansion of PACE services for vulnerable seniors. You will design and administer programs to embed the "Welbe Way" into daily work practices, utilizing various methods such as hiring assessments, training, recognition, and measurement. The role involves building collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values. Initially overseen by the President, the role will eventually report to the Workforce Learning and Performance team. This position requires a strong ability to influence stakeholders and achieve goals, along with experience in organization effectiveness, learning and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum of five years of progressive career experience in organization effectiveness, learning and development or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement organization-wide culture or learning initiatives with successful change management
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior executives as well as front-line team members to achieve a specific goal
  • Experience leading in a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize and manage people and projects

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the launch and sustainability plan for the Welbe Way program
  • High Performing Teams – Deeply imbed five behaviors of healthy teams through workshops, meeting templates, team norm/expectations , and reinforcement to promote sustained team decisions, actions and outcomes
  • Service Mindset Campaign – Strengthen our participant and team member interactions by imbedding a service mindset in the day-to-day behaviors and norms of every Welbe team members through training workshops, team and individual commitments, and Welbe wide reinforcement
  • During the launch phase, design, build, and implement training, tools, and people that are felt and acted upon by all Welbe team members
  • Drive stakeholder sponsorship and achievement of goal via strong influencing skills and intuitive/easy request for action
  • Collaborate with central and market teams to design the programs and activities that resonate and “stick” with leaders and team members
  • Work to include team onboarding and training, direct team observation and coaching, team leader coaching, monitoring and feedback using data and analytics, and locally trained ambassador /advocates
  • Following launch , implement the sustainability plan for the Welbe Way program
  • Imbed concepts in new hire orientation, team meetings, and Welbe-wide recognition
  • Bring new practices and processes to Welbe that continually reinforce and reenergize the “Welbe Way”
  • Represent the “Welbe Way” externally for recruiting, community building, and overall best practice sharing
  • Measure results and monitor KPIs in assignment area
  • Actively participate in People Department activities, including KPI review/action, talent assessment/development, flexible work opportunities, and communities
  • Manage ongoing organizational initiatives that enable and improve company culture as we grow and scale
  • Ensure core HR services are performed with high quality leverage service excellence principles and compliance
  • Engage with team members on their performance and career growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • SHRM certification preferred
