Summary

Join Care Access as a Program Director to lead and oversee health screening and research study programs. You will manage multiple projects, ensure successful program launches, and foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams. This strategic role requires excellent leadership, a strong clinical research background, and operational management skills. You will develop and implement programs, coordinate project activities, manage vendor relationships, and mentor program staff. The position involves monitoring program performance, addressing participant concerns, and fostering collaboration with internal and external partners. This remote position requires up to 30% travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical research or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading research programs
  • Understanding of clinical trials, methodology, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage programs supporting Health screenings and Research studies to meet organizational goals
  • Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage vendor relationships to deliver an optimal participant and partner experience
  • Lead, mentor, and manage program staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness
  • Address and resolve participant or program-related concerns in a timely and effective manner continuously improve the program participant experience
  • Foster collaboration and communication among provider, delivery, clinical, and external partners
  • Stay current with advancements in the field of health and clinical research and integrate new knowledge into program development

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred
