Requirements

  • Proven record of leadership in HR and people operations for a minimum of 10 years
  • Deep knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Experience in developing and implementing people strategies that align with company goals
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across all levels
  • Deep experience in compensation benchmarking
  • Deep experience in equity compensation structures and management platforms such as Carta, Pulley, etc
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Expertise in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive company culture
  • Understanding of local labor laws and regulations
  • Successful track record leading and developing high-performing HR teams
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and spearhead company culture initiatives, from analyzing the company culture to creating events, processes and communication procedures to enhance the desired culture
  • Streamline the company’s organizational structure with fast growth, and structure reporting relationships and job titles
  • Work directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on employee, management and internal communication matters
  • Design and implement a company-wide onboarding program for new hires
  • Implement a training and development platform and programs with specialized learning paths for different roles and departments
  • Implement survey and data collection systems to collect and analyze feedback from employees throughout global team
  • Build company benefits, compensation structures and other administrative work required to legally hire employees throughout all global locations and maintain a competitive market stance
  • Design the candidate experience and hiring process, including job opening templates, screening criteria, interview guides and training, assessments, and communication procedures around the hiring process
  • Create a competency model and implement a performance management system, train and administer the various parts of the system
  • Conduct benchmark studies on competitor employers, and define the employer brand to attract the optimal talent to join Paxful, create content materials for various recruitment and employer branding platforms to effectively communicate the culture and mission of Paxful
  • Review and make recommendations to executive management for improvement of the organization's policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters
  • Create a paperwork and communication process around employee termination, including exit interviews, termination process and coordination with team
  • Create and administer employee handbook, and educate company on Paxful’s mission, policies and culture
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote the culture and job satisfaction of employees

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in tech, fintech or crypto
  • Master's degree preferred
