Summary

Join GoGlobal as a Portfolio Manager, focusing on the United States and Canada markets. Requirements

  • Proven experience in portfolio or account management, business development, or client services, ideally within international expansion, legal, tax or consulting fields
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of generating revenue and managing client relationships across the US and Canada
  • Leadership experience in managing and developing teams
  • Excellent communication in English, problem solving and organisational skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your portfolio by leveraging your network to source leads, secure new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in international expansion, providing pre-sales support and helping to close deals alongside our sales team
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensure service excellence and acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts
  • Drive portfolio profitability through effective P&L management including revenue growth, cost control and risk mitigation
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Account Managers, fostering talent progression and ensuring high standards in day-to-day account management
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across GoGlobal’s service lines
  • Proactively resolve client issues, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the portfolio lifecycle
  • Provide regular management reporting on portfolio performance, client opportunities and potential risks
  • Act as an entrepreneurial leader – balancing growth initiatives with operational excellence, always thinking like a business owner
