Join Databricks' Product Partnerships team as a Partner Manager and accelerate innovation by building and managing our technology and Data Provider ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market plans for ISV partners, managing partner relationships, and driving partner growth. Requirements
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships
- Prior experience (5-7 years) working and building category partners, including understanding their sales cycles and GTM motion
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) plan for each managed partner
- Maintain a qualitative/quantitative scorecard for each partner
- Manage and grow a portfolio of ISV partners in one or multiple categories (e.g., Data Integration, BI, ML/AI, Governance, Developer Tools)
- Demonstrate expertise and thought leadership to work with Product Management teams on partner and ecosystem strategy
- Work effectively with partners and field sales teams to close deals with customers
- Manage partners on a clear path to joining the MDF program and Databricks Partner Connect
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background (e.g., Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering, or early professional experience in a technical role)
- Knowledge of the Data & AI software ecosystem and cloud technologies

- Pay Range Zone 1: $162,600 — $287,600 USD
- Pay Range Zone 2: $146,300 — $258,800 USD
- Pay Range Zone 3: $138,200 — $244,500 USD
- Pay Range Zone 4: $130,100 — $230,100 USD
- Remote work option anywhere in the US
