As a Product Director, you will lead the strategy and vision for Figma's DevMode product and beyond, innovating in the developer tools space. You will partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to set priorities and work with a diverse team of engineers and designers. This full-time role can be based in our London hub, remotely in London, or in the US Eastern Timezone. The ideal candidate has experience shipping successful consumer-facing products, working on highly technical products for developers, and managing PMs. Figma values growth and encourages applications even if your experience doesn't perfectly align with the description.
Requirements
- Shipped a number of successful, high-impact consumer facing products
- Experience working on highly technical products, or products catering towards technical audiences - specifically building for the developer persona
- Experience directly managing and growing PMs
Responsibilities
- Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to set strategy, priorities and define a long term vision for the Developer tools team
- Work closely with, and support the growth of a diverse team of engineers and designers who are passionate about building tools that make developers feel at home in Figma
- Partner with product & engineering teams across Figma to define strategic bets across the entire product surface with a focus on developer efficiency and code generation

Preferred Qualifications
- A development background, or if you have worked on developer tooling in the past
- An eye for the detail, both in terms of user experience and the technical nuances
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, scrappy environment
- Ability to communicate clearly at different altitudes, including driving alignment with senior stakeholders
