Director - Product Management

Requirements

• Excellent communication, project management and leadership skills
• Proven experience managing product managers
• Proven ability to define and structure complex product offerings
• Background in professional services
• 10+ years of experience in product management
• 3+ years in a management position with direct reports
• Strong technical aptitude (understanding complex software and data models)
• Experience with enterprise software solutions, particularly in areas like commercial operations, sales enablement, or customer engagement platforms

Responsibilities

• Building and managing a team of experienced Product Managers
• Leading the delivery of a new Product line from scratch
• Overseeing deployment, documentation, training, support for the product line
• Developing Product Strategy and architecture for Vault Commercial Basics
• Partnering with Sales to assist them build their pipeline
• Working with early adopters of the software to ensure they are successful
• Defining and championing a cross product vision and roadmap
• Working with product teams across Veeva to understand direction and needs for customer success

Preferred Qualifications

• Life Sciences industry background
• Proven experience bringing new products to market
• Veeva Vault Experience
