Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years in B2B product marketing
• Strong understanding of GTM strategies and competitive product positioning
• Proven track record in innovative marketing solutions and campaign management
• Expert in client presentations and content creation
• Proficient with Salesforce or comparable CRMs

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall product marketing strategy for AfroTech’s product portfolio
• Define and optimize the customer journey across AfroTech products, ensuring a seamless flow and enhancing cross-product engagement
• Lead the positioning of AfroTech’s offerings in the market, ensuring that each product resonates with its target audience and stands out in a competitive landscape
• Act as a client-facing leader, working closely with sales teams to understand client needs and refine product messaging accordingly
• Utilize market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to inform product marketing strategies and decisions, particularly for the Talent Infusion SaaS platform
• Oversee the creation of compelling content that communicates the value of AfroTech products
• Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Creative, and Product Development to drive the success and growth of our products
• Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring successful market entry and customer adoption

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales support or integrated marketing roles
• Work experience in sales-driven industries

• The annual salary range for this role is $130,0 - $150,000
