Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field
  • 8+ years of professional experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving product growth and revenue
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and compelling messaging
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to take initiative, think strategically, and connect dots to drive results
  • Ability to build, manage, and influence relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercialization alignment with key stakeholders across the Raintree organization on all planned releases
  • Develop compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences for new and existing products and services
  • Translate technical features into clear and impactful benefits for customers, creating marketing messaging “themes” for regular release showcases and large industry events
  • Conduct qualitative, quantitative, and competitive research and leverage the analysis to inform product messaging, and positioning to drive growth
  • Influence/contribute to the Product Roadmap via research, analysis, and insights on trends and opportunities
  • Play a key role in determining Raintree’s pricing approach for all product releases
  • Lead product launches from planning through execution, ensuring successful product releases and driving measurable results
  • Create GTM launch plans including messaging/positioning/differentiations, presentations for sales/client success, and partnering with marketing on all strategic execution plans
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing channels and materials
  • Lead regular product “showcases” for both clients and prospects, building the strategy to optimize reach in partnership with the Product team
  • Own and drive Raintree’s case study strategy and process, including interviewing clients and aligning with sales on prioritization
  • Prepare talk tracks and messaging approaches prior to major industry events
  • Be the go-to evangelist for all of Raintree’s positioning and differentiations across product, services, partnerships and announcements
