Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience, with a focus on AI training, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proven track record in developing and executing product marketing strategies, creating compelling marketing materials, and driving successful product launches
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the narrative of our diverse offerings, creating clear, concise, and persuasive messaging for our tech-enabled services and products, with a focus on AI training, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail
  • Simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand content. Support the creation of engaging marketing materials, including product collateral, whitepapers, videos, blog posts, case studies, webinars, and more
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, understand customer needs, and pinpoint opportunities for differentiation within AI training, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail sectors
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring meticulous coordination across teams for maximum impact in the targeted industries
  • Provide the sales team with essential tools, resources, and training, enabling them to effectively articulate our product's value proposition to customers in AI training, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail
  • Define and monitor critical KPIs to gauge the efficacy of product marketing initiatives, delivering data-driven insights and regular reports to senior leadership
  • Work closely with teams across Product, BD, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Technology, and Operations, ensuring holistic alignment and a cohesive approach to product marketing. Act as the single point of contact to translate the voice of the customer into powerful product narratives
