Director, Product Operations

Summary

Join Henry Meds, a fast-growing startup in the telehealth sector, as the Director of Product Operations. In this role, you will establish and lead the product operations team, optimize processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence. Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in product operations or a related field, with a track record of managing and optimizing operational processes
• Proven ability to build and lead teams, including hiring, training, and developing talent from scratch
• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to design and implement operational strategies that align with business objectives
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, engineering, and marketing, to drive operational success
• Proficiency in project management and process optimization, with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present updates and address concerns effectively

Responsibilities

• Create and implement operational strategies that support product development goals and align with the overall business objectives of Henry Meds
• Establish and lead the product operations team, including hiring, mentoring, and developing team members to build a strong and capable new function
• Design and optimize processes and systems to streamline product operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the delivery of telehealth solutions
• Work closely with product management, product marketing, design and engineering to ensure seamless integration of operational processes and effective coordination across departments
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product operations initiatives and drive continuous improvement
• Engage with stakeholders to provide updates on operational progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Product Manager, Designer, or Product Marketing Manager (strongly preferred)
• Previous experience in the DTC or telehealth / healthcare technology sector
• Familiarity with advanced project management tools and agile methodologies
• Experience in data analytics and using performance metrics to drive operational decisions and improvements
