Requirements

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside product and technology leadership to develop and communicate the product/technology strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Oversee the implementation of product/technology operations frameworks β€˜Operating Model’, ensuring that product/technology teams are equipped with the tools, processes, and support needed to execute efficiently
  • Utilize data analytics to inform product/technology decisions, track key performance metrics, and identify areas for optimization
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product/technology delivery and alignment across the organization
  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies that hinder product/technology development and launch cycles
  • Solve complex, high-impact problems related to product-market fit, customer adoption, and scalability
  • Address challenges related to cross-functional alignment, ensuring that all teams are working towards common goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies
  • Experience with product data analytics and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of customer success and customer experience best practices
