Requirements

  • 7-10 years of proven success in Marketing Operations or Sales Development Management, preferably in high technology-based products and/or services
  • People management (through influence), including experience growing and scaling a successful sales/marketing development team in a fast-growth environment
  • Proven ability in establishing and achieving or exceeding measurable goals in a constantly changing sales development organization, and able to drive organizational change and improvements
  • Data-driven marketing strategy, planning, budget allocation, and organizational alignment experience
  • Marketing measurement analysis and delivery using data from Marketo, Salesforce, Web analytics and finance systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing operations function
  • Orchestrate the annual marketing planning process to ensure MQL targets and Marketing budget are in line with bookings targets and activities needed to achieve results
  • Ensure impact-level marketing measurement and executive reporting on marketing’s contribution to the business, including campaign tracking and dashboards that provide insight into campaign performance and areas for optimization
  • Coordinate the budget strategy and manage the budget allocation and reconciliation process
  • Lead data strategy development and infrastructure deployment, including technology ownership and marketing process governance
  • Manage Sales Development organization to goals, objectives and influenced quota achievement
  • Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and coach SDRs/MDRs
  • Research software and technology that can impact our outbound prospecting efficiency
  • Monitor and refine sales lead processes and metrics, including the effective use of Salesforce.com and other systems
  • Proactively work to improve the cadence and throughput of the assigned sales development target accounts and compile team reports to track
  • Work closely with sales and CSM teams to ensure a positive working relationship and maximize the impact and effectiveness of sales/marketing development

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with lead management process creation, delivery, and monitoring, particularly around service level agreements, is desirable
