Summary

Join Boomi as a Sales and Marketing Operations Leader and oversee a team of six, supporting the company's growth strategy. You will provide real-time insights and data to GTM leaders, ensuring efficient operations. The position requires 7+ years of Sales/Marketing Operations experience, strong analytical skills, and project management expertise. Requirements

  • 7+ yrs Sales/Marketing Operations experience
  • Highly organized, with project management experience, with a bias toward automation and scale
  • Systems and automation oriented (Marketo, SFDC, Power BI, Sales Loft)
  • Creative problem solver, leverage prior experience and logic to get the best, fastest, outcome possible
  • Experience as a motivating People Leader
  • Strong analytical skills and mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Interact w/ GTM Leaders daily to understand the dynamics of their business and bring ideas and insights
  • Fashion processes, content and support to ensure our GTM runs as efficiently as possible
  • Support a mature, experienced and high performing team, who have all been in seat for >1.5yrs
  • Work cross functionally to project manage the launch of critical initiatives and tie together critical areas for success, such as pipeline councils, sales forecasts, strategic deal reviews and QBRs
  • Innovate new ways to improve yield on investment, and Go-To-Market (GTM) efficiency
  • Find areas for efficiency and scale
  • Define processes to oversee and manage Pipeline Reviews, Forecast Calls, Deal Inspection, activity inspection

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Global leadership experience a plus
  • Previous experience w/ SFDC, Clari, PowerBI, Gong
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills

Benefits

  • Base compensation for this position in our Vancouver office ranges from $195,000- $240,000 CAD
  • This position is remote-friendly
