Requirements

  • Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and workflows
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring team members
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage sales and marketing systems with a focus on automation, workflows, and process efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are fully integrated and optimized for scale
  • Own and enhance sales and marketing reporting to provide actionable insights and track key performance metrics
  • Partner with leadership to develop strategies and processes that support revenue growth and operational excellence
  • Mentor and guide team members on best practices in RevOps, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
  • Lead initiatives to align sales, marketing, and operations teams, ensuring seamless communication and shared objectives
  • Streamline sales and marketing workflows by implementing best practices and scalable solutions
  • Enhance automation within our systems to save time and reduce manual effort for teams
  • Provide actionable insights through accurate and timely sales and marketing reporting
  • Bridge gaps between sales, marketing, and operations teams to foster collaboration and alignment on revenue goals
  • Lead the charge in creating efficient processes and ensuring smooth system integrations
  • Build trust and credibility as a go-to resource for RevOps excellence across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a nice-to-have)
