Summary

Join AutoFi as a transformational sales leader to spearhead a team of Area Sales Managers. You will own sales strategies, coach your team, and drive a culture of performance and improvement. Leverage the Challenger Sales Methodology, analyze sales metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in SaaS, fintech, or automotive retail/finance, and a proven track record of exceeding targets. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading sales teams in SaaS, fintech, or automotive retail/finance
  • Proven ability to exceed targets and develop sales talent at every level
  • Strong understanding of dealership workflows, credit processes, lender relationships, and modern retail technology
  • Experience selling complex B2B solutions to enterprise accounts and dealer groups
  • Strong command of sales strategy and execution with a track record of leading through change and growth
  • Familiarity with or certification in Challenger Sales Methodology with the ability to apply and coach it effectively
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients and team members
  • High emotional intelligence, business acumen, and a passion for building people and teams
  • Willingness to travel frequently to engage with customers and support your team in the field

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute territory sales strategies aligned with company goals, leveraging market intelligence, team strengths, and growth opportunities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers with a strong focus on accountability, enablement, and results
  • Drive a culture of performance, learning, and continuous improvement through real-time coaching and clear goal setting
  • Apply and coach Challenger Sales Methodology to drive consultative selling and meaningful client outcomes
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to uncover trends, address performance gaps, and fuel data-driven decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to build effective go-to-market plans and deliver value to customers
  • Actively participate in key client relationships and field activities to support your team and capture feedback from the front lines
  • Champion a winning, high-integrity culture that values grit, optimism, and collaboration
  • Travel 60-70%
