Dandy is seeking a Director of Strategic Finance to partner with the Head of Finance in shaping and executing strategic priorities. This role requires 8+ years of experience in finance, private equity or related fields, preferably in high-growth startups. The job involves collaborating with the executive team, identifying operational inefficiencies, utilizing advanced data analysis, and driving business growth.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in finance, private equity or related fields, preferably in high-growth startups

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Finance and other members of our executive team to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives
• Dive deep into areas of our business and figure out where we can set aggressive targets, and then work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives around those recommendations
• Facilitate collaboration across departments including operations, engineering, and product to drive strategic projects and external engagements. Be an advocate and stakeholder for the Finance team in those rooms
• Identify operational inefficiencies and devise scalable solutions to enhance business performance and market positioning
• Utilize advanced data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth
