Join Renaissance®, a global leader in pre-K–12 education technology, as the Director of Talent Management. You will oversee the development and implementation of global talent management strategies, managing talent acquisition and ensuring seamless integration with overall talent management processes. This crucial role involves attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to meet strategic objectives. You will lead and develop a team, collaborate with HRBPs and senior leaders, and utilize data-driven decision-making. The position reports to the Chief People Officer and offers a significant impact on organizational success.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in talent management and acquisition, with a proven track record in a leadership role
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency with HR software and tools
- Ability to lead and inspire a team
- Strong ability to develop and implement long-term talent strategies
- Proficiency in using data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Develop Talent Management Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent through the talent and succession planning
- Oversee Talent Acquisition: Direct the talent acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment processes and strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Succession Planning: Develop and manage succession planning programs to ensure leadership continuity in conjunction with HRBP’s
- Performance Management: Oversee performance management systems to ensure they align with organizational goals
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership and HRBP’s to understand business needs and align talent strategies accordingly
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to inform talent management decisions and strategies
- Budget Management: Manage the talent management and acquisition budgets effectively
- Compliance: Ensure all talent management and acquisition practices comply with relevant laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field
- Experience with HR technology platforms - Greenhouse and UKG are a plus!
