Requirements
- Present exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
- Ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
- Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
- Working knowledge of physician networks, recruitment, medical specialties, and terminology
- Knowledge of relevant state and federal compliance guidelines
- Excellent negotiation skills, communication skills, critical thinking

Responsibilities
- Assign reviewers in accordance with Dane Street’s regulatory state guide
- Comply with each client's special handling, instructions, wants and needs
- Understand referral types; know what each referral type means, ex. initial review, appeals, reconsiderations
- Assign reviewers of the appropriate specialty and state license to match per state regulations
- Assign all cases to the reviewing physician selected on the referral
- Ensure cases are returned by the reviewer in a timely manner in order to meet case deadlines
- Send reminder emails to the Reviewers on their assigned cases and the due dates
- Promptly communicate any changes, delays or other necessary information to clients
- Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
