Summary

Join us as a Distribution Manager and play a key role in managing and growing our relationships with Value Added Distribution partners in the UK and EU. You will drive monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth through a channel-led sales approach, ensuring distributors are fully enabled and aligned with our goals. Manage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, have regular onsite presence with UK distributors, and drive product-led sales growth. Collaborate with internal teams, monitor performance, forecast growth, and identify new business opportunities. Provide regular reporting and support onboarding and enablement programs for distribution partners. Attend industry events and participate in sales-focused activities.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in channel sales at distribution or vendor (SaaS or cybersecurity preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across regions
  • Comfortable with SalesForce, BI reporting tools, and virtual collaboration platforms

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across our distributor accounts in the UK and Europe
  • Regular onsite presence (20% of time) to our UK Distributors
  • Drive product-led sales growth to expand MRR across our cybersecurity solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales, marketing, and CX strategies
  • Monitor performance, forecast growth, and identify new business opportunities within distribution channels
  • Provide regular reporting and feedback on distributor activities, pipeline, and market trends
  • Support onboarding and enablement programs for distribution partners (MSPs and VARs)
  • Attend and participate in QBR, trade shows, partner days and other sales focused activities

Preferred Qualifications

EU language; German or Dutch, conversational
