Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 2-4+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on lease sales
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of lease industry trends, regulations, and financial instruments
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and developing sales professionals
  • Superior negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and financial analysis tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed divisional revenue targets
