Requirements

Experience in mortgage document preparation or a related field
Comprehensive understanding of Texas mortgage laws
Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Familiarity with multiple Loan Operating Systems

Responsibilities

Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of mortgage-related documents
Review, prepare, and audit mortgage loan closing documents with precision and care
Answer questions and provide expert guidance on loan documents and closing instructions for various lenders
Navigate a variety of loan types, including VA, FHA, Conventional, Manufactured Housing, and more

Preferred Qualifications

Experience reviewing both title commitments and surveys
TRID and Construction experience
