Summary

Join Interactive Brokers' dynamic team as a part-time, temporary remote worker supporting the New Accounts team. This short-term (2-3 month) contract requires fluency in Chinese (Traditional and Simplified) and a commitment of at least 30 hours per week, including weekend hours. The role focuses on verifying client identity documents and ensuring compliant processing. The position is fully remote, limited to British Columbia residents, and requires the use of your own smartphone. A company-provided laptop will be supplied.

Requirements

• Commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week with flexibility to work up to 40 hours (subject to hours availability)
• Minimum 8 hours of availability over the weekend
• Chinese (Traditional and Simplified) language fluency is required
• Own smartphone required (for multi-factor authentication)

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and verifying proof of identity, proof of address, and company background information
• Ensuring accurate and compliant documentation processing
• Translating name and address from Chinese to English/Pinyin
