Summary

This role requires at least 5 years of experience in CRO and a strong analytical background.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in CRO with a strong track record of successful experiments that drive growth
- Deep knowledge of website optimization and strategies to enhance conversion rates
- Experience with Optimizely or a similar tool to run experimentation
- A background in conversion rate optimization from a consumer-facing business, like a brand or agency
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative team approach
- Experience managing the execution of multiple projects and aligning with stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRO strategy for AdBlock and Adblock Plus websites, apps, and extensions
- Align optimization initiatives with business objectives, securing buy-in from cross-functional leaders across product and engineering
- Analyze user journeys to pinpoint bottlenecks and friction points preventing conversions
- Collaborate with user research teams to understand motivations, pain points, and preferences
- Design, execute, and manage A/B and multivariate tests to identify the most effective website elements
- Build and maintain a robust experimentation plan to validate hypotheses and improve website performance
- Coordinate with product, UX, design, engineering, and user research teams to define and ensure smooth execution of experiments
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Use tools like Optimizely, Google Analytics, BigQuery, or similar tools to analyze traffic, behavior, and conversion data
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, churn rates, and experiment impact
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
- Manage CRO initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects
- Continuously refine optimization strategies based on results and insights
Preferred Qualifications
- HTML, CSS and SQL knowledge
- Prior experience implementing CRO within mobile apps and desktop extensions
