Requirements

• Must be available to work from 12pm-8pm (EST)
• Understanding of the finance industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a “can-do” attitude
• Possess a high level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Ability to handle a time-sensitive queue
• High level of attention to detail
• Capability to multi-task throughout the day

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly review applications for errors and structures
• Generate legally binding contracts for clients presenting agreed-upon loan terms
• Conduct general searches on applications and update the client profiles as needed
• Assist the funding department with ordering third-party inspections
• Work with peers to ensure clients are funded in a timely, efficient manner

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
