Duty Manager

Summary

Join Anantara, a luxury hospitality brand, as a strong and experienced hotel ambassador. Maximize guest experience and satisfaction by coordinating all hotel operations. Ensure team members are knowledgeable about hotel products and services, including room types, rates, and facilities. Monitor arrivals, manage guest requests, and ensure efficient reservation handling. This role requires a college degree in hotel management or a related field and previous front office experience. The position is remote.

Requirements

• College degree in hotel management or related field
• Previous experience in Front Office
• Strong communication skills
• Familiar with Front Office Systems
• Fluent in English both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all operations of the hotel
• Take care of guests and team members
• Ensure all team members are up to date with current knowledge of all hotel products and services including room types, rates, facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa and health club
• Monitor all arrivals, ensuring all guest requests are carried out smoothly and that all reservations are dealt with as efficiently as possible
