Summary
Join Visa's dynamic People Systems organization as a Sr. Analyst, Talent Management Systems and be responsible for configuring, designing, optimizing, and maintaining Visaβs Talent Management systems, primarily focusing on Workday Talent modules. Collaborate with stakeholders, HR, IT, and vendors to ensure the platforms empower Visaβs people and leaders. Leverage expertise in Talent Management systems to champion enhancements, provide creative solutions, and drive efficiency. This remote position requires analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining systems supporting talent, performance management, and employee development programs. You will also manage relationships with stakeholders, facilitate user acceptance testing, and evaluate Workday releases to recommend enhancements. The position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, configure, test, and maintain Talent Management systems and applications that support talent, performance management, succession, objective setting, and employee development programs
- Act as a consultative partner with COE subject matter experts to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure successful delivery of talent-related initiatives
- Manage relationships with Talent Management, and other stakeholders to proactively identify issues and provide timely, solutions-focused support
- Model exceptional communication and customer-facing skills, interacting with and listening effectively to diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business
- Seek and identify continuous improvement opportunities, staying up to date on new system features and best practices to enhance the talent experience
- Facilitate user acceptance testing, including test case development, execution, and documentation, contribute to overall test strategies for talent modules
- Evaluate upcoming Workday releases, assess potential impact, and recommend enhancements that drive business value and innovation as needed
- Conduct root cause analysis and apply business knowledge to recommend system and process enhancements within the Talent ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- 3+ years total Workday configuration or technical HRIS experience
- 2+ yearsβ experience configuring Workday Talent Management modules
- Experience with Workday Skills, Career Hub, Talent Marketplace
- Experience with Workday business processes, custom reports, security, calculated fields, EIBs, and dashboards
- Experience supporting Talent Management processes in a global organization
- Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills, able to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business users
- Experience working with Jira and familiarity with Agile delivery methods
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, actively listen, and deliver customer-focused solutions
- Strong follow-through and ability to drive resolution of complex system issues
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Workday Pro Certification(s) in Talent modules preferred
