Summary

Long View is seeking a professional and engaging Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Technical Consultant for their Data & Dynamics team. The role involves supporting the D365 Customer Engagement portfolio, hands-on code development, owning the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development pipeline, providing technical solutions, maintaining critical technical documentation, and having 2-3 years of industry experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Power Platform Development.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Power Platform Development (Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps, & Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)
  • Experience with development of Azure logic apps and Azure functions and Power BI development
  • Experience with API or REST services integrations
  • Understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources
  • Willing to learn latest Microsoft enterprise cloud technologies such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Office 365, Microsoft Azure
  • Good working knowledge on .Net, C#, asp.Net, MVC, JavaScript, SSL, HTML and CSS
  • Experience with installation and configuration of data gateways

Responsibilities

  • Support D365 Customer Engagement portfolio by working with customers and internal stakeholders, defining customer solutions, and delivering engagements that are innovative and exceed business requirements
  • Hands on code development for new features, enhancements and bug fixing in D365 CRM/CE
  • Own Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development pipeline
  • Provides technical solutions in the form of software products, customizations, and integrations to meet business needs within D365 CRM
  • Promotes thereusability of technical components and the adoption of standard functionalities
  • Maintain D365 critical technical documentation up to date such as customizations, integrations, and core configurations

  • Post-secondary education
  • Designations such as Dynamics 365 Customer Service Technical Consultant Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant, Scrum, and Prosci
