Summary
Join Visa's Early Careers Talent Acquisition team as an Analyst, Early Careers Talent Acquisition! You will collaborate with hiring teams, drive company growth, and play a key role in attracting top industry talent. This position involves full-lifecycle recruiting, Early Career program management, and strategic partnership with Visa's business functions. You will manage the recruitment process, from resume screening to offer closing, and implement impactful recruitment campaigns. The role also includes program management for internship and new hire development programs, along with participation in special projects. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, and involves some travel.
Requirements
- 4 or more years of work experience with a Bachelorโs Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
- Passionate about working with Early Careers talent
- Prior utilization of social media outlets for sourcing efforts, to include job boards such as LinkedIn
- Results oriented, self-motivated, organized, and resourceful
- Detail oriented with a proven track record of juggling multiple tasks and meeting various deadlines
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience implementing Talent Acquisition best practices
- Team player with the ability to work virtually with global team-members
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional planning, organization, and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Serves as a trusted talent acquisition partner by advising hiring team on talent demand, industry trends, and market intelligence forecast for talent in the development of staffing strategies
- Implement impactful recruitment campaigns to attract and select the very best talent with a focus on candidate experience โ including management of the recruitment process from resume screen to offer close
- Host successful strategy meetings with hiring team(s)
- Partners successfully with cross-functional TA (Talent Acquisition) Teams to include, but not limited to our Sourcing, Coordinating, Onboarding, DE&I, and Compensation teams
- Attracts top industry talent into the organization while acting as a Visaโs culture ambassador
- Source and screen applicants to provide a selection of qualified talent to the hiring team, as well as manage candidate dispositioning and regular requisition maintenance
- Continuous interaction with hiring teams and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Drives best-in-class recruitment process to help achieve key staffing metrics, to include Time to Fill and Time to Start
- Administers and executes candidate onboarding process
- Program site lead for various Early Careers programs, including but not limited to Internship Program and New Hire Development. Responsibilities may include event management, vendor identification, securing professional attendance and office coordination
- Participates in Special projects as assigned, such as review and propose social media strategies, data management and analytics and branding
- Prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment
- Able to work in a remote and/or hybrid work environment
- Various travel and after-hours commitment to campus events, Early Careers program events ย and/or team events required: 10-15% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Smart Recruiters & WorkDay a plus
- Prior recruiting experience within the Fin Tech industry and hiring into various Early Careers programs
