Summary
Join a growing ecommerce business as their Ecommerce Operations Associate and help manage online sales channels, execute digital marketing campaigns, and optimize store performance. You will play a key role in scaling the company's Shopify store and advertising efforts, continuously improving conversion rates and sales performance. This is a full-time, remote position with a Monday-Friday schedule (9 AM - 5 PM EST). Requirements
- Ecommerce experience, specifically with Shopify store management
- Hands-on experience with ad creation and digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, including content creation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess marketing performance and suggest optimizations
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute opinions to improve marketing efforts
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Shopify store, including product creation, descriptions, and pricing updates
- Ensure product pages are SEO-friendly and conversion-optimized
- Monitor and improve store performance and user experience
- Develop and execute ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive sales
- Optimize ad spend and targeting strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Create compelling ad creatives and copy that align with brand messaging
- Oversee social media accounts, crafting engaging content to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Implement content calendars and schedule posts, stories, and campaigns
- Track ecommerce and marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve revenue
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and sales funnels to boost conversions
- Provide weekly reports on sales trends, ad performance, and marketing initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with email marketing and automation
- Background in SEO and conversion rate optimization
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
