Join our team as an E-commerce Generalist and manage and optimize our Amazon and Shopify platforms. You will be responsible for managing Amazon and Shopify listings, running and optimizing Meta and Google Ads, implementing email marketing strategies, and creating marketing graphics. The role also involves collaborating on marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and monitoring performance metrics. Data analysis and customer support are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

  • Proven years of experience in e-commerce, focusing on Amazon and Shopify platform management
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads and basic digital advertising strategies
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and basic digital advertising strategies
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools like Klaviyo
  • Strong understanding of listing optimization, catalog management, and SEO best practices
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or similar
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, drive decisions, and knowledge in using MS Excel to analyze and present insights
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize Amazon Listings for USA and Canada markets
  • Manage and organize Shopify product listings, ensuring accurate and SEO-friendly content
  • Organize and maintain the product catalog, including descriptions, pricing, and images
  • Assist with running and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to drive traffic and conversions
  • Assist with running and optimizing Google Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to drive traffic and conversions
  • Implement email marketing strategies using tools like Klaviyo, including campaign creation and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with the team to create targeted digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Create simple, engaging graphics for marketing campaigns, listings, and promotional materials
  • Ensure branding consistency across all e-commerce platforms and marketing channels
  • Optimize product listings on Amazon and Shopify for searchability and conversion
  • Monitor and improve content quality, keywords, and performance metrics
  • Track the performance of listings, advertising campaigns, and marketing initiatives
  • Provide actionable insights based on data to enhance sales and marketing efforts
  • Handle Amazon case issues, including returns, account health, and order disputes
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent support
