E-commerce Generalist

Summary

Join our team as an E-commerce Generalist and play a pivotal role in our fast-growing company. Working remotely in the Malta timezone, you'll manage inventory, logistics, and our Shopify store. This part-time (20 hours/week) position offers the potential to transition to full-time employment. You will forecast and manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers and warehouses, oversee logistics and fulfillment, optimize our Shopify store, lead process automation, and own internal communication. This role requires Shopify experience, understanding of supply chain and logistics, proficiency with automation and AI tools, data-driven decision-making, and a proactive approach. Responsibilities

• Forecast and manage inventory levels across multiple markets and ensure stock is always aligned with demand
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure seamless stock movement and minimal delays
• Oversee logistics & fulfillment, working with shipping partners to ensure smooth and cost-efficient delivery
• Manage & optimize our Shopify store – from product listings and navigation to payment processing and order fulfillment
• Lead process automation – use AI tools and no-code platforms to eliminate manual work and increase efficiency
• Own internal communication – be the bridge between teams, vendors, and partners to maintain operational excellence
• Optimize supply chain costs – identify ways to reduce shipping and warehousing expenses without compromising service
• Solve problems before they happen – analyze workflows and suggest improvements to keep operations lean and scalable
