Summary

Join our team as an E-Commerce Generalist and play a key role in managing various aspects of our e-commerce operations. This remote, full-time position (6 am - 2 pm CST) requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and translate strategic direction into actionable tasks. You will manage product listings, inventory, graphic design, Klaviyo email campaigns, and customer service. Prior experience managing marketing and website operations for a small to medium-sized e-commerce business within the Shopify ecosystem is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and adapt quickly. This role offers a chance to contribute significantly to the growth of our e-commerce business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, particularly within the Shopify platform
  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Expertise in at least one of the following areas, with proficiency in 1-2 others: Graphic Design: PDP design, product insert design, image editing, ad creation (Photoshop/Illustrator required)
  • Expertise in at least one of the following areas, with proficiency in 1-2 others: Video Editing: Ad creation, YouTube video editing, IG/TikTok content
  • Expertise in at least one of the following areas, with proficiency in 1-2 others: Klaviyo Email Marketing: Content and copy creation, flow management, and campaign execution
  • Expertise in at least one of the following areas, with proficiency in 1-2 others: Supply Chain & Inventory Management: SKU creation, bundle management, inventory tracking
  • Expertise in at least one of the following areas, with proficiency in 1-2 others: Internal Knowledge Management: Organizing documents, technical resources, and internal files
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and take direction, even with last-minute changes
  • Familiarity with tools commonly used in e-commerce operations, with a demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Basic video editing skills required

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute e-commerce strategies
  • Independently manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including landing page development, SKU and inventory management, and product image optimization
  • Create, update, and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Develop and manage the website structure, menus, and collection pages to optimize user experience
  • Design, schedule, and manage Klaviyo email campaigns and automation flows, ensuring precision in execution
  • Handle customer service tasks, including order updates, returns coordination, and troubleshooting product issues with accuracy
  • Create compelling graphics and designs for product pages (PDP), product inserts, ads, and social media content
  • Edit videos for ads, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring high-quality output
  • Manage supply chain processes, including SKU creation, bundle management, and inventory tracking
  • Maintain internal knowledge management systems, organizing documents, files, and technical resources efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve e-commerce operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus
  • Advanced video editing skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with organic social media strategy is a plus
