Summary

Join a fast-paced digital growth agency specializing in helping DTC brands scale profitably as an eCommerce Growth Manager. You will take a hands-on approach to driving growth for eCommerce brands, owning the end-to-end process of various channels. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing product listings across multiple marketplaces, developing and executing paid acquisition strategies, leveraging AI-powered tools for content and SEO optimization, applying CRO best practices, and analyzing performance data. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or growth roles, proficiency in digital marketing channels, and experience using AI tools and automation platforms. Success will be measured by successfully managing and optimizing client accounts, achieving growth targets, maintaining a seamless client experience, and contributing to continuous improvement in operational efficiency. This is a fully remote position with a 9 AM - 5 PM EST schedule.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or growth roles, preferably in DTC
  • Strong understanding of Shopify and experience managing product listings and content across major marketplaces such as Amazon and Etsy
  • Proficient in digital marketing channels including paid acquisition, affiliate marketing, SEO, and CRO
  • Experience using AI tools and automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, and Make
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms and tools, including Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces
  • Familiarity with SEO tools, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to take action based on insights
  • Comfortable managing projects from strategy to execution and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Growth mindset with a problem-solving approach to challenges and an ability to operate in ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills, with a natural ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to take initiative, remain flexible, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, and other marketplaces
  • Take ownership of product content, including product detail page (PDP) setup, SEO formatting, images, and categorization
  • Research and explore marketplace expansion opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Understand how creative, offers, and landing pages impact paid media performance, providing valuable input for optimization
  • Assist in the setup and management of affiliate, influencer, and referral programs to maximize customer acquisition efforts
  • Work on cross-channel campaigns to support client growth and drive revenue
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to generate, edit, and publish high-quality blog and product detail page content
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website pages for organic search growth and visibility
  • Develop and implement SEO and content strategies that align with the client’s business goals and KPIs
  • Apply Conversion Rate Optimization best practices across PDPs, landing pages, and post-purchase flows to maximize conversions
  • Collaborate with the CRO team to ensure alignment between conversion goals and ongoing optimization efforts
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and execution using tools like Rebuy, OCU, and PageFly
  • Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and post-purchase surveys
  • Identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities across all client campaigns
  • Track and report client performance regularly, providing actionable insights for improvement
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to automate tasks such as content creation, planning, and workflow optimization
  • Implement automation processes using tools like Zapier, Make, and Google Sheets to streamline repetitive tasks and increase efficiency
