Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an eCommerce Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing tools
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies to increase online sales and enhance the customer journey
  • Manage and optimize the company's eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
  • Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images
  • Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, and sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions that drive traffic and conversions
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and optimize spend for maximum ROI
  • Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience across all devices
  • Implement and oversee customer service protocols to handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the online shopping experience
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment
  • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory updates on the eCommerce platform
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment and increase conversion rates
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on eCommerce performance and growth opportunities
