Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in DTC ecommerce management
• Strong analytical skills and experience with ecommerce platforms and analytics tools (Shopify)
• Proven track record of improving conversion rates and user experience

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to a startup environment

Responsibilities

• Work with developers to build a top-notch ecommerce site
• Run A/B tests to boost conversion rates and improve user experience
• Optimize online touchpoints to drive growth
• Manage the product catalog, taxonomy, and feeds
• Collaborate with marketing on product launches and campaigns
• Evaluate and integrate new tools for a robust ecommerce platform
• Ensure smooth integration with paid advertising channels
• Monitor ecommerce metrics and offer actionable insights
• Regularly report on KPIs to inform strategy
