Summary

Life360 is a remote-first company seeking a highly analytical and results-driven CRO Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute conversion optimization strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize website elements using various tools and technologies. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field; advanced degree or certifications in CRO or digital marketing preferred
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or related roles, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion rates and website performance
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, as well as experience with A/B testing platforms and other CRO tools
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, with a passion for experimenting, testing hypotheses, and continuously optimizing digital experiences

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive conversion optimization strategies to increase website conversion rates and maximize ROI
  • Conduct thorough analyses of website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify areas for improvement and optimization opportunities
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimentation initiatives to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with data analysts, UX designers, content strategists, developers, and other stakeholders to implement testing strategies and optimize website elements
