Summary

Grammarly is hiring a Senior Manager of Website Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to join their Acquisition Marketing team. The person will be responsible for optimizing the customer experience on Grammarly's marketing website and driving conversions. They will collaborate with various teams, use data to develop optimization strategies, and have a deep understanding of testing and web design.

Requirements

• Has at least 8 years of experience
• Is able to collaborate in person 2 weeks per quarter, traveling if necessary to the hub where the team is based

Responsibilities

• Be an advocate for optimizing marketing web pages (on both desktop and mobile) to best meet visitors’ needs, balancing conversion rate optimization with user experience and long-term brand sentiment
• Drive individual user signups and marketing qualified leads for our enterprise product
• Collaborate with demand generation, data, and sales teams to build a B2C2B funnel on our website
• Use data and other insights to develop the web page optimization roadmap, execute this roadmap, and track the performance
