Summary

Kwalified is seeking a CRO Specialist to join their team and help elevate client success stories by utilizing expertise in the field. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams, execute A/B tests, analyze web traffic data, design experiments, apply UX design or SEO principles, and monitor KPIs for improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years related experience
• Virtual Assistant experience is a plus
• Expertise with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Search Console, and Clarity
• Thorough understanding of CRO best practices and conversion rate optimization, landing page structure, and marketing attribution
• Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Execute A/B tests to enhance website elements for improved conversion rates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement CRO strategies
• Analyze web traffic and user behavior data to spot conversion optimization opportunities
• Design and conduct experiments targeting conversion rate enhancements
• Apply UX design or SEO principles to elevate the overall website experience
• Monitor and recommend improvements based on KPIs and data-driven insights
