Summary

The Remote E-Commerce Store Manager at Hustler Marketing will be responsible for launching and managing the company's new e-commerce store. Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience managing or building e-commerce stores
  • Profound understanding of launching and scaling e-commerce businesses
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technology
  • Proficiency in data analysis to drive strategic decision-making
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (You must be fluent in English)
  • Must be available and responsive during the company's office hours
  • Must be able to consistently work full-time remotely

Responsibilities

  • Being in charge of the new e-commerce store as a whole
  • Identifying the purpose, target market, niche, and products for the new e-commerce store
  • Planning the e-commerce storeโ€™s strategy to align with business objectives
  • Leading the development of the online store strategy, from conception to implementation
  • Building and maintaining the needed infrastructure and establishing connections with distributors, suppliers, partners, logistics, and support staff required for the store
  • Overseeing all aspects of the online storeโ€™s operations, including product selection, inventory management, and customer service
  • Overseeing the testing of marketing services for proof of concept and boosting revenue
  • Scaling the e-commerce business by identifying opportunities for expansion and growth
  • Developing and executing e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize the storeโ€™s performance
  • Implementing pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales
  • Ensuring compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices
  • Performing market and competitor research to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including management, R&D, sales representatives, account managers, copywriters, and designers
