Requirements
- A minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience managing or building e-commerce stores
- Profound understanding of launching and scaling e-commerce businesses
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technology
- Proficiency in data analysis to drive strategic decision-making
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (You must be fluent in English)
- Must be available and responsive during the company's office hours
- Must be able to consistently work full-time remotely
Responsibilities
- Being in charge of the new e-commerce store as a whole
- Identifying the purpose, target market, niche, and products for the new e-commerce store
- Planning the e-commerce storeโs strategy to align with business objectives
- Leading the development of the online store strategy, from conception to implementation
- Building and maintaining the needed infrastructure and establishing connections with distributors, suppliers, partners, logistics, and support staff required for the store
- Overseeing all aspects of the online storeโs operations, including product selection, inventory management, and customer service
- Overseeing the testing of marketing services for proof of concept and boosting revenue
- Scaling the e-commerce business by identifying opportunities for expansion and growth
- Developing and executing e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize the storeโs performance
- Implementing pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales
- Ensuring compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices
- Performing market and competitor research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborating with internal teams, including management, R&D, sales representatives, account managers, copywriters, and designers
