E-Commerce Intern

Summary

LUXASIA is seeking an organized and motivated individual to join their team as an E-Commerce Operations Executive on a 6 months contract basis. The role involves assisting in executing e-commerce strategy, managing daily operations of e-commerce stores, exploring and researching online materials for improving e-commerce platform sales, ensuring listings adhere to brand guidelines, and carrying out other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Strong attention to detail, affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving and hands-on execution
• Fast learner and committed to get the job done
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc), and Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Assist leader in executing e-commerce strategy on all e-Commerce platforms, primarily Zalora and Lazada
• Manage daily operations of our e-Commerce stores and marketplaces (i.e: Content, Assortment, Ratings and Reviews, Search, Pricing, listing promotion, store maintenance)
• Explore and research online materials to improve e-commerce platform sales
• Ensure listings always adhere to brand guidelines and web style guides to uphold brand standards
• Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of local E-commerce / Toys / Beauty industries will be a plus
