E-commerce Systems Specialist

Requirements

• 3+ years of e-commerce platform experience
• Advanced Shopify expertise (themes, Flow, Plus features)
• Proven experience with automation tools (Zapier, APIs)
• Strong analytics and data visualization skills
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with reporting automation

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Shopify, ShipStation, Gorgias, Meta, and Google Analytics
• Develop and maintain Shopify Flow and Zapier automation
• Create, edit, and maintain ShopifyQL workflows
• Create and edit Shopify themes
• Build automated reporting systems for daily/weekly/monthly metrics
• Analyze sales data and create forecasting models
• Optimize e-commerce operations and customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Shopify Plus certification
• E-commerce analytics certification
• Experience in the food/beverage industry
• Background in inventory management systems (i.e. Katana)
• SQL knowledge
