Requirements

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an e-commerce role

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring and management of our Amazon (FBA) account
• Keeping up with fulfillment processes, ensuring orders are processed and shipped on time
• Reviewing the current account performance and providing actionable recommendations to increase sales
• Overseeing and managing additional e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Walmart, and eBay
• Tracking inventory levels and coordinating with the supply chain to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
• Assisting in the expansion of our product catalog by researching and suggesting new products
• Creating, optimizing, and updating product listings to ensure they are compelling and compliant with platform standards
• Analyzing sales data, customer reviews, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Providing regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and other relevant data to management
