eCommerce Virtual Assistant

Summary

Join 20four7VA as an eCommerce VA and support a family-run business specializing in handmade wooden figurines. You will manage product listings across multiple platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify), source and manage suppliers, maintain inventory, and conduct market research. This Junior Level position requires 10 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 6 pm to 9 pm CST. Requirements

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for supplier interactions
• Amazon and Etsy experience are a must
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail in product listings and inventory management
• Strong research skills, especially in finding new suppliers and product ideas
• Applications/Software: Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential suppliers for new products
• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, samples, and production timelines
• Ensure quality assurance by reviewing samples and coordinating improvements with suppliers
• Manage relationships with existing suppliers to maintain inventory levels and ensure timely orders
• Create and manage listings across various platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify
• Set up product variations (e.g., figurine, ornament, keychain, wedding cake topper, wine stopper) consistently across all platforms
• Regularly update listings with new products, variations, and necessary changes
• Ensure all listings are consistent across platforms to maximize sales potential
• Keep track of current stock and order new inventory based on sales trends
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast product needs for upcoming months
• Assist with research on new product ideas and pricing
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product expansion
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as needed based on business priorities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with sourcing and managing supplier relationships is a plus
