Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in investments, portfolio support, business development, or ecosystem management in the Web3/blockchain industry
  • Established relationships with founders, VCs, and other key players in the Indian Web3 ecosystem is a plus
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem in India
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel within India and the surrounding region as needed

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portion of the existing and prospective ecosystem builders in India
  • Provide ongoing support to builders, addressing any technical, operational, or strategic issues they may encounter
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with builders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with ecosystem builders to track progress and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with startup ecosystem builders and developers in India
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities in the blockchain space
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective ecosystem builders, leveraging networking events, conferences, and industry contacts
  • Develop and present compelling value propositions and partnership proposals to potential ecosystem builders
  • Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with Aptos’ strategic goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, engineering) to ensure ecosystem builders have the resources and support needed to succeed
  • Assist ecosystem builders in integrating and utilizing Aptos’ blockchain solutions effectively
  • Organize and participate in events, workshops, and webinars to promote Aptos and engage with the community
  • Gather and share feedback from ecosystem builders to inform product development and improve the overall partner experience
